Yes, i use two brands Source Naturals and Now Brand. I like the Source Naturals better but i just alternate both. I read that people take it for years and that really helped them like me. It really get rid of my nasty breath from the throat. Also drink orange juice, it will make your poop yellow and smell better. I now drink the juice with my meal....try it for a week. And get a friend or family to tell you the truth so you can see if it helps. Don't be ashamed to ask. In my office i am also very frank to my office mates i tell them that i have a medical condition and i need their help and understanding....now everyone is very supportive...Try asking for help....
