Re: Horrible sharp pain in my gut like i ate razor blades for breakfast.

You need to start writing down everything you eat and do and the physical state you are in at the same time. Pain..No pain Foggy

Make sure you include any medication or supplements. If it crosses your lips write it down.

I learned this from the elimination diet. It sounds to me like you are desperately allergic to something you are consuming. the only way to figure it out is to keep track of everything.

When the pain comes back look at your journal to see if you ate or drank the same thing right before the pain. Can happen up to 3 days after consumption.

Using this technique I found several things that
cause me serious problems.

Just a few of mine...tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, all cause severe inflammation and bloating. I never feel it until the next day. All these are members of the nightshade family and contain toxins not meant for human consumption. Some people do fine but if you are of northern European ancestry you shouldn't eat them.

Beer or other fermented grain food raise my blood pressure 50 to 100 points. Includes sauerkraut.

MSG gives me a huge headache. Taurine is the antidote.

Keep eliminating things until you find the one(s) that causes the problem. It takes 2-3 weeks for the toxins to leave the body. keep in mind it may not be the food but an additive.

I can't explain the complete Elimination Diet here so I suggest you buy a copy for your reference. It explains how to confirm what food is the problem. I feel this book saved my life.
I had several strokes and heart attacks before I got wise and used the elimination diet.

You may have parasites but you have to identify and stop eating the foods that are causing the inflammation before you can get ride of the parasites.. Been there...done that You said you did Sugar and coconut oil...did you drink beer or wine?

Use logic. Don't depend on people telling you what to do.

You may want to see an allergist and get tested for the foods but this isn't 100%. The skin may not react to something that causes the bowel distress. The only real detection method is the elimination diet.

I wish you luck. No one would help me. I was just mean and stubborn enough to figure it out for myself.
