Generally I find Ascaris hard to kill and I tried a lot of things.
One lady here got rid of them with tons of raw garlic, I don't know if that's doable for you because of the smell.

The chemical drug for Ascaris is Albendazole. You can buy the animal version "Valbazen" on Ebay.
