I tried to eat honey directly from honeycomb - the result was very bad for me. But this does not meat the method is not working - i think it depends of your gut condition and your insulin sensitivity. After i eat 100 gr honeycomb with honey my blood Sugar goes from 90-100 to 190 - 200.
