Pink-orange origami/envelope parasites?

After an enema, I found a couple of things that were colored a lobster-shade of pink-orange, were folded up in various ways like origami or an envelope, the outer "skin" had the appearance of egg-shells, and the inner side of it was brownish. The largest one was about the size of a penny folded up in half, others were about the size of the head of a thumbtack.

Any idea what kind of parasite this might be? Thank you.
