CLEW I am interested in your experience with magnesium. I have had a deficiency my whole life. Now, Fibromyalgia, leg cramps, eyelids twitching, depression.
I have tried several forms and have never been consistent enough with taking it. I also never know how much to take.
Can you tell me which type of magnesium you feel is the best to take? Also what dosage range you consider adequate to high.
I did just buy a packet of epsoms salts to put into capsules out of frustration but I dont know if that is an adequate form. The pharmacist said it didnt really matter what form, but I find that hard to accept.
Any info you are comfortable with sharing is appreciated and will be considered carefully.
