I don't tell anyone either, and if they ask I call it "tea" some people are really cool and some people can be really stupid about it. As is usually the case, when people don't understand something, they are negative about it...... without even trying to understand.

I had to laugh when you said that about your Mom.....sounds like mine.....anything out of their "norm" and they're ready to rush us to the hospital :)Good Luck! and don't let anyone push you off your path to better health.
