Sorry for the delay. There are a multitude of forms of magnesium and each can have different results. Best to avoid oxide form since it is not particularly bioavailable. I do not think citrates or oratates are that great.
Forms with good results include Source Naturals UltraMag, Doctor's Best high absorption magnesium (mag glycinate/lysinate).
Source Naturals also has IonCharge which has trace minerals which is intended for trace minerals and not solely magnesium.
