I know the diet drinks are bad. That's why I rarely have them. Water is actually my drink of choice most of the time, but I do use some splenda when I make my decaf tea, and I have just started experimenting with it in cooking, replacing some regular Sugar with it. I was under the impression that Splenda was different, not "bad" for you, not a chemical concoction, but something made from the Sugar cane itself? Have I been misled?
