Re: Help in identifying parasite please.
I drink a lot of water, and ice cubes, so I suspect that I might have gotten all my
parasite issues from my well water. It is an underground water source that is tapped into by my neighbors in my community. I got to thinking that it might get contaminated from runoff like, rainwater, (plus from neighbors fertilizer, weed killer, human waste from garbage pickup, or overflowing cesspools), plus wildlife waste, like deer, bear, raccoon, skunk, cryptosporidium, plus household pets being walked or whatever?
Well water is not treated at all with chlorine, or fluoride, like city water, and has a lot of minerals as well.
About a year ago, my water started smelling like excess sulpher, a slight (rotten egg) smell. I didn't act on it immediately, until just recently I put a Special "Well water" filter on my refrigerator, instead of the regular standard water filter. This is the only water, & ice cubes I trust to drink now, it even tastes much better!
The bottom line is, who knows if this is the issue?
