Entire Apartment including furniture stinks because of me... sigh

Hey everyone. Does anyone have an idea of how to get our fecal body/urine smell out of furniture and upholstery. Im at the point where Im getting panic attacks over the smell. Its a never ending thing ugh.

But anyways what products do you all use in you home? I currently live in an apartment building. Today I am using Pine-Sol. Any suggestions would be great.

If anyone ever wants to just talk send me a message. This obstacle that we have to deal with day in and day out is really stressful.
