Washing the walls with mild soap and water is to get rid of that stubborn dirt that doesn't want to come off with just a dust rag. If there's grime, oil splatter, or something else that requires effort to remove, I'd be careful. It all depends on the type of paint that's on the walls.

I usually vacuum and mop every day and try to clean one or two areas that same day in order to keep on top of the dust/dirt. It seems to work.

Carpets retain odor big time. Ever removed a carpet? There's so much dirt under the padding even if it's cleaned every day.

What really helps is what we eat. Eliminate white foods, smelly foods, Sugar and your odor will SLOWLY go away but it does take months and diligence.

The doctors are running all these tests so I've had to go back to eating what I used to in order for them to try to figure out what's wrong with me.(hello odor) I'm thinking if they do know what's wrong or learn my trigger foods, I won't be on such restrictive diets.
