to have the very energy strong for a clear mind you or me have to have enough sleep, 8 hour for me. this energy is very vital. or else such mental reflective and meditative work feels boring, tired frustrated and yawning, no undererstanding.
there are amazing vitality to become aware, things more done than to be done so just opening the eyes. with Love of course.
You have connection to infinite ideas from outside to inside and outside and so on the figure 8 infinity loop, feedback to life expansion into reality, physical life image and any thing made to share and no duality.
it is very good mental meditative insighting work as natural experiences. there are some really would wake you up.

very stimulating like holy spirit, well holy spirit, name if you like, or just vital energy, naturally-godly indeed, though! there is a big joy happiness and well healthy being we are missing. real shame and men are going to be very very sorry for missing it and die for it heel over head, like missile.
