What's going on with this stinging itch?

I have done a colon and parasite cleanse. What looks like liver flukes, blood flukes, tapeworms, and pinworms have come out. I have been taking ivermectin and pyrantel palmate for over a month now and I keep experiencing a stinging sensation on or in my anus. It's in different locations usually and I don't always feel a movement before it happens. Sometimes the stinging itch sensation will go on for minutes and sometimes it disappears quickly. Does this sound like a parasite? Candida? Hemorroids? Please help! Tweet
