Proper dosing of moxidectin

Moxidectin is only once a month by itself no other meds( my third phase) .The fenbendazole is 5day double doses every 2weeks with ivermectin 3on 1off in between 5day double doses( my second phase ). My protocol is for strongyloides / tricostrongyles . NO one should take moxidectin more than once a month it is very long lasting 20 to 30 day half life . Ivermectin only has a half life of 12 to 18 hours.
