You want to be in the ideal/optimal ranges (see article). And each of us is different in that you might feel your best at a point in the range and another person will have a different point of feels best.
2) TSH & T4 meds - Check out the Stop The Thyroid Madness website. There you will learn TSH and T4 meds are signs of a bad dr. Site is FULL of good info. Be prepared to be overwhelmed. And watch out. There is stuff everywhere, and it's hard to find. Visit every page. Follow every link.
