Eric Bakker, colon cleanse

Hi!
Can any one help me. I have purchased the Candida Crusher booker by Dr. Eric Bakker and I am starting the colon cleanse, Phase 1.
What do I eat???? Is it ONLY the potassium broth and teas listed I get to consume. I have purchased Colozone, to cleanse with, and Phase 2 I will be doing the vegetable juice.
Having never done a colon cleanse before I am clueless!!!
