Can any one help me. I have purchased the Candida Crusher booker by Dr. Eric Bakker and I am starting the colon cleanse, Phase 1.
What do I eat???? Is it ONLY the potassium broth and teas listed I get to consume. I have purchased Colozone, to cleanse with, and Phase 2 I will be doing the vegetable juice.
Having never done a colon cleanse before I am clueless!!!

This is a reply to # 2,261,623I am in the same state of confusion! I am guessing I can follow the MEVY Diet during the bowel purge. I am taking the Colozone. But, what should my diet be? I just don't know. Please help!
Also, should I be following a kill protocol like tea tree oil douche?
