I understand your frustration with where to start.
You seem to have a whole batch of issues you want/need to deal with.
We all here have read and read and tried different things found here on curezone and elsewhere.
Considering your concerns with Candida I would suggest you post on the Ask Andreas # 4 forum. He really knows his stuff and may be able to outline a suitable protocol for you.
I would suggest you take it slow and tackle one thing at a time.
