I've decided after doing a little research, to add magnesium into my health routine. From my findings it appears that most if not all of us are very deficient in magnesium!
So I purchased Mega-Mag 400mg that's low sodium, contains trace minerals and is from the brand TraceMinerals Research. The instructions say to take 1/4 of a teaspoon daily and increase as needed.
Any tips on what time of the day is best to take the magnesium? And what dosage I should work my way up to or should I just stick to the 1/4 teaspoon?
I'm about to carry out a juice fast, is it okay to supplement with magnesium during this?
I suffer with anxiety, depression, Seborrheic Dermatitis and fatigue if that also helps with any info anyone could give me.
