I am a Pescetarian for health reasons only, so have a question about Chicken.

Hi. I study longevity daily, take 12 types of vitamins, 2000mg of resveratrol every day, fish oil, and workout. I am 38 years old, and have recently taken up Pescetarianism. longevity is my goal, and could care less about being cruel by eating animals, I just want to live a long time. So, my question is, is giving up chicken adding days to my life or helping my health in any way? I know red meat is bad for you, but if chicken is not bad for you, I will pick that back up. Chicken is yummy, and cheap. However, I'm so extreme with the longevity in my life that I'm willing to sacrifice anything to perfection.

What are your thought? Does chicken shorten your life.
