Why did the people in the bible, eat meat?

Noah took animals on the Ark. People in the bible ate lamb, goat, cow. Jesus fed fish to the multitudes. They were told to not to eat the pig. Paul approved eating pork decades after Christ death. Paul was a convert to Christianity. He persecuted and bounty hunted the Christian before his conversion. He said he had a dream and that God told him it was OK for Christians to now eat Pork.

Jesus ate Kosher food according to the Laws of Moses which forbid pork. All the people of the old testament up to Jesus considered the pig unclean.

People have always ate meat.... but not as much as we do today. Other parts of the world, meat is eaten rarely and used to season the food. Poor people cannot afford to eat meat everyday.... In the west meat is eaten everyday in volumes which makes us sick.

That is why they say "all things in moderation". You can't go wrong there. But we love extreme everything.
