Your digestive mucosal lining replaces itself very rapidly, this alone will give you something to "poop" every day, and it won't be clear. "clear butt pee" would be a cause for deep concern, not a sign of health!

I have periodic problems with retaining the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) myself, and I always drink lots of water "tout au long de la journee" as they say on the Evian bottle, ie all day, and take lots of lemonade. It makes you feel sick, bloated and salty. Yuck. But when it works, it works!

If you read the 'journals' of people who do longer MC's, they usually have some day-2 day little issues during the 'fast',

Some more free advice (and you know what they say about that):

I would stay with it a couple more days and see what happens, and try to pay attention to whether you are doing everything right or not.

It's hard to believe you could be dehydrated during this, since you're drinking so much, but yet it's possible. Make you sure you drink water all throughout the day, and lemonade too.

AFter the SWF, try not going back to sleep, but staying upright, and doing some exercises, bouncing up and down, etc, and see if that helps push it along
