Ugh, wait, no, I'm sorry. I feel so cruddy right now I'm a little out of it. I believe what I accidentally took was NAC - N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine. I remember looking at the bottle when I realized it wasn't the magnesium I thought it was, but that's after I swallowed one. A quick Google search is telling me it can in fact cause severe nausea and diarrhea.


I did see one person here post a while ago that both her and her daughter experienced nausea with DE, so goodness knows what's setting me off now.

I'm starting to get a little abdominal cramping now, like I have PMS. Ugggh... Tweet
