The problem is getting to the mites and eggs which are as deep as a centimetre down under the skin. So the only way to get to them is through blood supply.

I have decided to scrub the shit out of them twice a day with a laundry brush to increase the circulation.

In the past I have put them into hot water or in front of a fan heater.
