How Can I Get the Oral Meds to Reach Skin on Feet

The last bastion I have is the top of my feet. I have tried everything I can think of. The Albendazole and Ivermectin killed of the skin mites everywhere but the in the skin on the tops of my feet. This is where the mites first got me and where most nests were.

I have scrubbed the skin there, heated them in hot water an hour after taking meds, soaked in washing soda and soaked in ammonia. I have used acid peels on them.

I have used topicals from Moxidectin, Advocate, BB, Ivermectin.

The nests here were deep.

I would love to hear if anyone has any ideas on how to get a good concentration of meds in the blood to the area. Please.
