Yes at each Liver Flush I do 2 warm- water enemas on the day of the flush (back to back) and the same 2-3 days later. Sometimes I follow up with another one 1 week later. Diet is pretty good, no booze or smokes or junk food and at least 2 litres of water each day.

Did flush number 6 on Friday, got the usual green stuff coming out most of yesterday, no 'real' stones yet as such but I will persist. :)
