Re: when the son of man comes
Right Vektek, there is no contradiction between the parable of the talents and Hebrews 12:2.
Matthew 19:16
And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
Christ always knew the heart of the people He was talking to. In this case, the man in front of Him had no idea that Christ Himself was God, yet the man was calling Him good. So Christ corrected Him, and told him that he shouldn't be calling Him or any other man good based on the judgements or actions of man, but it is only God that is good and righteous. If the man in front of Him knew that Christ was the Son of God and one with the Father, then He would have had no objection to the man calling Him good. For surely Christ is good, and likewise every man and woman living on the Earth can be good. There is one and only one way to accomplish this, to dwell in God and nowhere else. Those who dwell in God and nowhere else are righteous and bear fruit, those who don't dwell in God are not righteous and don't bear fruit. Most people are in-between these two extremes, striving to dwell more in the presence of God every day.
