I was referring to infections in general, not the antibodies related to thyroid health. Sorry for not making that clear.

I took 200 mcg - 400 mcg of selenium when I was on Lugol's or kelp. My serum selenium level was actually on the high end of reference range, although I do not know how useful serum selenium level is in determining optimal thyroid health.

Also, I break out easily with Acne even though I am well past puberty. Maybe there is a connection? Tweet
