Candida or parasites? Photos added

Hello all, Ive been having some irregular bowel movements for over a year now. This comes post Antibiotic treatment. However, not sure if it is even related to the Antibiotics . Could be infection or something else.

Ive seen 3 doctors, and they seem to think Im fine. However, my stools are not normal, and have not been. This is causing me to not think clearly. Ive added some photos, Im curious if this is a parasite, candida, or something else. the white stringy fuzzy stuff is in EVERY bowel movement I have.

My stools use to be darker than this. However, they have not returned to the normal color, and still on the softer side. This is about my average stool, sometimes lighter, and softer, and specks of food in it. I cant add fiber, because that increases the transit time, and they come out faster and less formed.
