Thank you for the advice, I also take probiotics and a oral biotic and for about a week I was using probiotics in my nasal rinse. It all is helping very slowly but its just not going away, the sore throat, swollen throats, ear aches, sinus pain and oral thrush, could the oral thrush be spreading and causing this? I was cleansing with antifungals now im trying to rebalance my bodys natural flora bacteria in my gut and sinuses. Does oral thrush cause sinus issues or ear problems? Also, how does one do a enema at home? Im new to all this home medicinal practice but im preferring it because its making me feel healthier and saving me money. Thank you. Tweet
