Healing reaction from foot reflexology?

So today I ran across a video on YouTube where they're were showing how to do foot reflexology to heal the liver.

I ended up performing the massage vigorously to the point my fingers were hurting after 15 min - really wanted to see if that worked.

Now it seems like I'm experiencing a healing reaction and its preventing me from sleeping. Is it possible to get healing reactions from foot reflexology?

I'm getting muscle aches all over, some weird gurgling in my stomach, itching all over, it's 2 am and I haven't been able to sleep. Feels like I've been ran over by a truck lol.

The only thing that I have done differently is take Oxypowder for 4 days straight but I only felt like this after the massage.
