So today I ran across a video on YouTube where they're were showing how to do foot reflexology to heal the liver.
I ended up performing the massage vigorously to the point my fingers were hurting after 15 min - really wanted to see if that worked.
Now it seems like I'm experiencing a healing reaction and its preventing me from sleeping. Is it possible to get healing reactions from foot reflexology?
I'm getting muscle aches all over, some weird gurgling in my stomach, itching all over, it's 2 am and I haven't been able to sleep. Feels like I've been ran over by a truck lol.
The only thing that I have done differently is take Oxypowder for 4 days straight but I only felt like this after the massage.

Yes, it is possible.
The stronger reaction you get, that is a sign that your liver is in not so good shape.
Your liver may be in a poor shape thanks to you using some medications like Antibiotics or pain killers or sleeping pills or hormonal birth control, or thanks to poor diet loaded with Sugar and food preservatives .

This is a reply to # 2,257,012All my symptoms suggest I have liver congestion and will be starting to flush pretty soon.
This just made me realize foot reflexology seems like a powerful technique.
