Parasites or she effect of meds?

Hi everyone!
I was just wondering if my symptoms are caused from the parasites I'm killing or side effects of the Meds.
Each round of Albenza causes me to experience the most excruciating scalp pain. I am unable to touch my scalp or hair in any way without wanting to cry.
Please if anyone has any idea how to rectify this problem I would be so grateful. I can't take this pain!
Also each time I have taken Ivermectin, I feel as though someone is constantly running their fingers up my back and neck. At times I have turned around thinking it was my daughter but no, nobody.
