My DR is giving me things to increase my enzymes, & I've been eating pineapple every day to help with that too. Plus I put in the EFAs. But I don't know any specific lung fruits or vegies. Do you? {Broccoli} I try to avoid kale cuz of vit D issues.

I read that too about the oil with the carrotts & intuitively I was already doing it. I also add a little Sea Salt which just makes veggie juice taste better to me. I put cayenne & ginger in EVERYTHING trying to warm my body up.

I hate that cilantro, so you're on your own there. I did juice 3 cloves of garlic into my veggie juice, which became almost undrinkable, and then to my surprise, I passed a bunch of flukes. Flukes HATE garlic. I read to let garlic sit to let the enzymes build up, so try juicing garlic first.

I'm mainly doing fruit juice AM, and if I can handle it, a veggie juice in pm. I am having some detoxing, & that's also from my other supplements. My EFAs are coconut oil, Cod liver oil, eggs and butter. I just ordered some DR Christopher's respitory free tincture & will be adding that. Lobelia is supposed to be the BEST herb for lungs. Altho VERY potent as it can cause puking if you overdose.
