Please help, I'm worried and wonder if I should stop

Hello,

Today is day 3 of my cleanse. I'm worried about my bowel movements, and I'm wondering if I should stop the MC.

The thing is, when I do my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning, the first part of my eliminations is a lot of clear yellow-orange butt pee with just a tablespoon or two of sediments at the bottom. After my first few expulsions, the rest of my elimination for the rest of the day are just scary bright yellow-orangish clear butt pee. Looks like carrot-orange jusice or something.

My question is, shouldn't I be having more solid elimination than this? It's just clear liquid.

The thing is, since I started my MC, it's just been liquid, even my very first bm. Makes me wonder what happened to those cheeseburgers I ate the day before the MC.

Is this normal? I'm also noticing there seems to be a a little bit of clear foam (like soap) with my bm.

All this is scary and I don't know if my fecal matter is just sitting and hardening in my stomach.

P.S....I also find I have no appetite. Yesterday (day 2) i couldn't stomach more than 2 1/2 glasses of lemonade. I hate the cayenne taste, makes me sick.

Plus, I feel my stomach tolerance is shrinking. Day 1 drinking the salt water was no problem. Now day 3, at glass 3 I was about to puke. So I skipped the 4th glass.

Any advise or moral support? Thanks, sorry, but i just feel miserable. Plus i started my periods on day 2, making me even more miserable.
