Mirena and breathing difficulty

Thank you very much all for the great informations I'm getting from this forum.
I'm a wife and mother of 3 boys. I had mirena back on 2011 I never thought about its side effect until past summer (August 2015) I had a panic attack out of no where and I was rushed to the ER. It felt like having a heart attack.
Since than I started having difficulty breathing I thought I'm just going through a rough time and it will go away....but it never did it got worst ...

today May 30,2015 and it has been 10 days I didn't leave my bed, I didn't cook for my kids,I didn't clean my house.....😢😢😢

I have a scheduled surgery to take the Mirena out of my body this coming Wednesday,because both my doc and obgyn couldn't take out normally.
Please let me know if you went through what I'm going through and if you got better after removal.
My worst symptom it the breathing difficulty.
I greatly appreciate your help.
