Food stuck in dental cavities: How to take out?

Something is stuck in my dental cavities (that doesn't have any filling). It's for the past 2 days. Now paining a lot.

It happened while eating chicken, so could be a minor chicken bone or meat. Could be harder food particle.

Tried nylon dental floss, just can't get it out. Can't go to dentist.

Could someone provide some timely suggestion.
