Something is stuck in my dental cavities (that doesn't have any filling). It's for the past 2 days. Now paining a lot.
It happened while eating chicken, so could be a minor chicken bone or meat. Could be harder food particle.
Tried nylon dental floss, just can't get it out. Can't go to dentist.
Could someone provide some timely suggestion.

This is a reply to # 2,256,258I find that a waterpik is very helpful. It can flush those cavities right out.

This is a reply to # 2,256,258Oil pulling really helps,
though I find tea tree oil on the toothbrush 2x a day really ups my mood and destroys the plaqueographies that like to write themselves on my enamel.
I use it at times in my waterpik with some water.
Do you have a dental tool kit?

You gotta be gentle with these, but they really can be worth the 10 bucks they cost!

It's helpful. Could take out some with salt water (though only temporary solution it seems), some relief though still some stuff is inside.
Going to try these suggestions. Going to get waterpik and dental tool kit in evening.
