Re: Brain (mind) never seems "Here" with me.

A few things come to mind:

Glutamine that is addressed in another discussion.

Gut issues such as poorly digested foods

Liver weakness

Need for adrenal support and therefore issues such as mild hypoglycemia, imbalances in electrolytes, etc.

Brain chemical imbalances.

Other food/chemical sensitivities such as sulfur/thiol sensitivity, especially in someone with a heavy metal problem.

Mitochondria issues.

Ten years ago I had almost no "bullets" in my struggle with brain fog. I knew that by keeping my blood Sugar more stable, I could keep it from being really bad.

I also knew that occasionally some unknown combination of factors would leave me with the clear mind I had before becoming sickly 20 yrs ago.

Today the situation is improved and I have a few "bullets". It is not perfect but I think I'm in the middle third of the population.
