Brain (mind) never seems "Here" with me.

As some of you know, ive been dedicating myself to healing.
Worked on the gut, heavy metals, etc, and am feeling a lot better.

However, i have this symptom with my cognitive function that still exists: my brain/mind/cognition never feels "present" with me.
You know that person (picture it yourself), usually an older lady or male, that when you talk to them they are not "all there" with you. They are usually in LaLa Land, they cant focus, there mind is always somewhere else, they are very forgetful.

I am sure there are dozens of reasons:
Ptsd
Lack of sleep
Hormones?

I am a very young (and used to be very healthy) man until my Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome like symptoms started. Have worked on my gut health, working on detoxicification, liver support, working on chelation.

Now a very new thing I am about to try is containing my sexual energy. Some claim not releasing your sexual juices allows for more power, focus, energy, etc. (its been a couple days but so far so good).

I am not going to stop looking for answers until i feel like my normal self again. I am too young to not feel good. Just a couple years ago i enjoyed a life FULL of energy, FULL of focus, FULL of presence.

So does any1 have any things to say about the symptom of feeling like your mind is always in LaLa Land, never "all there", never present?
