Help identify this worm / parasite

Can anyone help identify this parasite? It appeared in my stool 24 hours after i felt the urge to take a high dose of Vitamin C & also added a little bit of sea-salt to my water to boost my minerals & water-intake... The day I found {it} I rushed it to a Doctors office. Everyone was clueless, but guessed tapeworm, and then "mishandled" the sample as it was sent to the lab, therefore the lab wouldn't test it other than to say: yep, it's "abnormal".... Then the Dr office lied to me for a week about the results not being in yet, I guess to cover their mistake. Not planning to go back to any MD at this point. I've been taking 2 different parasite cleanses: one by Rainforest Remedies & one by Michaels. Needless to say the horrors of knowing / finding a worm(s) has been the strangest thing & also triggered my OCD a bit. All I really want is peace of mind & some clarity on what type of worm this might be...
