I just learned I'm pregnant (5 weeks along) and am having doubts regarding the sweating required for the Plan.
Every single website I've researched regarding the use of saunas (both regular and infrared) during pregnancy advocates the dangers of doing so; it's pretty much a "no-no" until birth. The reasons have to do with heating the body to high temperatures, which in turn, heats the developing fetus possibly causing a huge list of problems.
What is your opinion on this?
My other question is regarding rebounding while pregnant..would you consider this safe or something to hold off on until postpartum?
