Re: Some Cyber Support much needed :)
Sorry to hear that. You sound like a close female friend, except for the inner ear symptoms. She has/had decades of PTSD problems.
Ever try generous doses of magnesium, especially glycinate?
Do identify with the symptoms of high norepinephrine/adrenaline plus low GABA?
Do you like Epsom Salt, maybe in the more subtle foot bath. It is Mg sulfate. Sulfate is involved in breakdown of noradrenaline and related chemicals.
Is lithium quite low in hair or blood tests? I hear that it reduces the effects of noradrenaline, and more. It can have a more "chilled out" effect. It has done that quite nicely for me and my friend. You might like the subtle effect of just a mg or two of the Li supplements.
Do you get wiped out with fatigue and fog after stressful situations? Do you have other symptoms of adrenal insufficiency? Have you gotten tests such a blood pregnenolone or progesterone, 4x saliva cortisol, etc?

Ever try pregnenolone and/or adrenal cortex glandular for some mild adrenal cortex support?
Do you have various chemical or
food sensitivities that suggest liver problems, maybe with phenols, etc?
Ever try GABA as a supplement, or maybe glutamine plus B6, Mg, maybe AKG?
In sensitive people I'd start with low doses and work up to typical levels. Many of them work better when taken several times per day?
Eventually my friend also got her silver-mercury
Amalgam fillings removed and did heavy metal detox--Cutler.
