Some Cyber Support much needed :)

Hi there,

I just really needed to reach out to others tonight. As many others here on these forums, I struggle with the chronic illnesses since I was 15 (now 38). I've tried lots of stuff, but haven't quite found the magical combination for my personal situation.

I won't give up, but the battle is long (as I'm sure so many of you can relate to) and I just needed some encouragement.

Like so many of you, I struggle with CFS/MCS, adrenal issues, mood issues, fibro, inner ear issues, gut issues.

My worst issue is my mood. Even though all the others ones are quite incapacitating, it's the sheer panic that stops me dead in my tracks.

That is what usually keeps me from making much progress in any protocols.

We all have our 'weak' spots in our bodies, and one of mine is in my ear/head area.

anytime I do any kind of detox, that area flares up so badly and causes me to have sheer panic (like someone is running after me with a knife) kinda thing.

and it prevents me from following thru on many things.

I think I need to start liver flushes. and maybe once that is working better, my body will be able to handle detoxing better and the huge panic won't be there as much.

I guess I'd love just to hear any advice, encouragement, success stories from people who were really ill and have made some progress. Maybe even people who were super sensitive and were able to be helped with Liver Flushes etc.

I guess right now,I am feeling just so scared and panicky and hopless that I just need some encouragement more than anything else.
