The test is kind of simple, add milk, starter and SSKI and see what happens in 24hrs. If you end up with a tasty velvety fully fermented yogurt then it worked.

There are two types of yogurt, one is batch made, you use the same strain over and over again. The other is thermal, it uses the fines strains that can only exist one after another. In short one bacteria works up to a certain PH then dies off to allow the finer (IMO) strain to fully develop. If you don't use milk solids this finer strain won't die off only go dormant.
This is what leaves you with intact cells which are equivalent to the most expensive Chlorella for detox..

For that you need to buy starter..
