mucus or parasites / wormds

I have colon problems for three years (shapeless stool, mucus, thin stool, undigested parts). Lately I am starting to wonder if I have parasites or worms. Now I noticed I have a lot of 'strings'in my stools. I have made a picture of what I thought was mucus. Can you tell me if this is mucus or parasites/worms?
