Hello Healer,

Yes I believe that was the bandage I used. I got it at CVS or Walgreens for less than 20$ I believe.

You are right about the smell it is very repulsive. If you are hesitant about putting this on your lips then I suggest you to put some coconut oil on your lips first and let it settle for a little then apply the bandage.

It might take a little while to heal but remember that we have done considerable damage to our lips and it is slowly gonna leave. Keep applying the bandage and keep putting moisturizer as it helps heal faster.

Exercise and eating healthy will obviously play a part.
