Coffee (post cleanse)

Hi y'all,

I am a big coffee drinker. I'm obviously not drinking any while on the cleanse, and would be OK without it when I finish, but I ENJOY my coffee!! :-)

Any opinions on coffee overall?? I've actually read studies that go both ways (beneficial & detrimental) on health effects of coffee.
