Also your response of it being a "no-no" is interesting, I googled the heck out this exact thing before I commenced fasting and could find not a post that said it would be dangerous for me. Yes I read the whole "milk toxic" bit but no one could explain what that meant and my baby liked the milk just fine. I think I'll do a veggie broth only to finish or would this be a finish? Tweet
